Valentine’s Second Chance Animal Rescue is a 501(c)3 foster based animal rescue located in Kansas City, MO. Our mission is to restore hope and love one paw at a time by giving at risk, abandoned, and neglected animals their second chance at life. Every animal deserves to live a life filled with love and together we can make that a reality.
